Meet the Team
Course Director
Belinda Kistell has been teaching for over 30 years and involved with initial teacher training for 20 of those years. Having led the BSET SCITT for 8 years, she is now the Director for Bishop's Stortford Initial Teacher Training, BSITT. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in teaching and learning and is the Safeguarding and Mental Health Lead for our training Centre.
Primary Lead
Rebecca is a highly qualified teacher with over 20 years experience including roles as Deputy Headteacher, EYFS Educational Improvement Advisor and Safeguarding leader. Rebecca primarily works with the Primary Trainees at BSITT
